Your Connec2 Virtual Workspace can reflect your organization’s identity by applying your corporate branding in a natural and consistent way.
This includes visual customization and intuitive activity-based spaces that strengthen recognition and engagement.

Customizable elements

You can tailor several visual aspects of your Virtual Workspace to match your company identity:

  • Company logo — Provided as an .svg file
  • Brand color — Provided as a hexadecimal value (e.g. #009FE3)
  • Visuals for current topics — Uploaded as .jpg or .png files (see placement and resolution example below)

Notes

  • The visuals appear throughout your Virtual Workspace, such as on Smart Screens, walls, or info areas.
  • For optimal results, maintain a consistent color palette and logo scale across all elements.
  • Check your brand’s accessibility contrast and legibility within virtual lighting conditions.
